The staff created elaborate towel art shaped like a birthday cake. It was decorated with flowers and a 'happy birthday' message upon room service. This shows attention to detail. The room service was like a restaurant delivery to my door.
The facilities seemed old and somewhat run down . I noticed limited choices for both breakfast and a la carte options.

The hotel enjoys a fabulous location. Numerous bars and restaurants are available along the beach within minutes. Saladan is also close, offering easy access to the ferry and with excellent dining and street markets.

The personnel consistently tried to help when asked for assistance. The front desk arranged bookings efficiently. Scooters arrived within ten minutes of my request, offering convenient transportation options.

The bungalows are nice and spacious. I found them well-equipped and located right on the beach. The rooms are quiet, peaceful, and well-kept by the lovely staff each day.

i had the villa plunge pool and it was great it offered direct access to a personal pool just off the verandah and it overlooked the ocean the breakfast included had a great range of items the hotel had a daily cocktail for a reasonable price the staff were excellent and always helpful the beach was superb for walks and swimming with its clear warm water

the resort includes a hammock lounge area for relaxation it offers shaded spots for comfort the gym contains several machines including treadmills and stationary bikes the location is directly on the beach providing convenient access to restaurants and bars nearby

I stayed in a villa plunge pool. The room had ample space and adequate storage. The air conditioning worked very well. It kept the room cool. I appreciated the daily replenishment of bottled water.
The gym equipment is a little dated.

There are multiple pools located around the resort. A massage center is centrally located. The resort has beautiful lighting at night (i liked it a lot!).

the location directly on the beach was acceptable it allowed easy access to the sea.
the bathroom was neglected needing a significant makeover and the towels were old and thin showing considerable wear.

The room looked clean initially, but I then found multiple ants in the bathroom. The bathroom design was also not well planned. Water splashed everywhere during showers. the minibar was not refilled daily. I had to request items multiple times.
